For over 25 years, I’ve specialized in working with people seeking relief from pain, tension, and long-held patterns in their bodies. My work is grounded and attentive, shaped by decades of hands-on practice, ongoing study, and deep respect for the body’s intelligence.

About Rolfing

Bodies adapt to life. Injury, stress, repetition, and emotional experience all leave their mark, shaping how we move and feel. Tension is one of the body’s primary tools for support and protection. When it remains over time, for any reason, tissues organize and reinforce around it.


These responses are intelligent and necessary—but when they persist, they can limit comfort, mobility, and vitality. Rolfing® Structural Integration uses thorough, precise soft-tissue work and movement education to address these patterns, release restrictions, and restore ease, balance, and adaptability.


Clients often experience:

  • improved posture, flexibility, and coordination
  • increased body awareness and resilience

What Rolfing Can Help With

Some people come primarily for physical concerns or accumulated stress. Others arrive feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their bodies. Many experience a layered mix of tension, pain, and long-standing patterns.


My approach meets you where you are — listening closely to what you share and to what your body communicates — and working in a way that supports meaningful, lasting change.


Who This Work is For

This work may be a good fit if you:

  • Are dealing with chronic pain, tension, or restricted movement
  • Sense that your body holds long-standing patterns shaped by injury, stress, or life experience
  • Want thorough, skilled hands-on work
  • Appreciate a patient, collaborative pace that allows change to last
  • Are curious about how structure, movement, and the nervous system interact


You don’t need to bring a clear diagnosis or explanation of what's wrong—just a sense that you could feel better.


This work may not be the best fit if you:

  • Are looking for a quick fix or passive treatment
  • Prefer a highly scripted or standardized protocol
  • Want forceful or aggressive bodywork without attention to integration

Working With Me

I’m a Certified Rolfer® and Rolf Movement Practitioner, bringing a skillful, holistic approach to working with limitation and change in the body. In addition to my long-standing Rolfing practice, I’m trained in somatic nervous system regulation, which informs how I pace sessions, support safety, and work with complex patterns. This allows me to meet a wide range of clients with sensitivity, precision, and care.


Sessions are offered in the Highlands in Louisville, KY. New clients are welcome.
