Rolfing® Structural Integration for Real Bodies, Real Lives
For over 25 years, I’ve helped people find relief from pain, tension, and long-held patterns in their bodies. My work is grounded and attentive, shaped by decades of hands-on practice, ongoing study, and deep respect for the body’s intelligence.
“I move better, feel better, and think better—I have my life back.” — LE, Louisville, KY
About Rolfing
Bodies adapt to life. Injury, stress, repetition, emotions and lived experience all leave their mark, shaping how we move and feel. Tension is one of the body’s primary tools for support and protection. When it persists, for any reason, tissues organize and reinforce around it.
These responses are intelligent and necessary—but over time they can limit comfort, mobility, and vitality. Rolfing® Structural Integration uses thorough, effective soft-tissue work and movement education to address these patterns, release restrictions, and restore ease and adaptability.
Clients often experience:
“When I got up, I realized the knee pain I’d blamed on turning 40 was gone. It hasn’t returned—and it’s been ten years.” — Chloe Taylor
What Rolfing Can Help With
Some people come primarily for physical concerns or accumulated stress. Others arrive feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their bodies. Many experience a layered mix of tension, pain, and long-standing patterns.
My approach meets you where you are — listening closely to what you share and to what your body communicates — and working towards deep and lasting change.
