Our bodies need movement. Healthful, helpful, enjoyable movement. GMB Fitness and Somatic Groundwork are the best movement systems I've encountered. They are quite different from each other, but both support healthy movement patterns.
My advice with GMB: Slow. Way. Down. You won't be able to move like the experienced demonstrators. Modify (a lot if need be) and slow down. I have been working with GMB's "Elements" program (an 8 week course) for 4 years now. The more I do it, the slower and simpler my version of this practice gets, and the more valuable it feels for my body.
Slowing way down is built in to Somatic Groundwork.
Both of these resources have free content, but the paid content is different and more valuable, IMO.
