MOVEMENT RESOURCES

DYNAMIC NEUROMUSCULAR STABILIZATION (DNS)

DNS is series of exercises based on the the developmental progression of movement in infants. All of the exercises are rooted in the ability to stabilize the trunk, and are what I recommend if you are working on fundamental core strength. DNS is a rehabilitation system and can be done at any level of health and fitness.

Gaga comes out of the dance world. Originally used to train professional dancers, Gaga is now available to everyone, and is used in nursing homes and rehab centers. Online classes are for people of any level of health or movement experience.  It's a fun and effective way to get movement variety. I do a class every day.

GMB FITNESS 

"Don't die without exploring what your body is truly capable of." 

     GMB Fitness is fun too. It's a playful and challenging way to develop strength with a wide variety of bodyweight exercises. GMB has ample valuable free content on specific topics. Their paid programs are comprehensive fitness programs, and have different content than the free stuff.  My advice with GMB (which is their advice too): Slow way down and modify. Most of us  won't be able to move like the experienced demonstrators. Active people often really like GMB for the movement variety it offers.
